I read one post that said Pinterest was going to use their ("our") data to train AI and that's all it took to log into the account I haven't use for years and hit "delete"...

But it's not that simple... see, they then send you an email:

"Deleting your account is permanent and means you won't be able to get your Pins or boards back. All your pinterest account data will be deleted."

update on the bulk delete tweets script. Yes, it works. Follow the instructions and you will delete your tweets easily, using data parameters. I set mine from 2010/01/01 to 2022/11/30. You need to use Developer Tools in the browser to run the script. Now, theres nothing left before Dec 1st 2022. Its VERY likely that Twtr have backup data of everyones tweets to use in Grok so its worth turning off the data permissions if you still keep your acct.
