Midday Sun 
I usually try to avoid photographing during the midday Sun as it creates harsh shadows and brings out new challenges. But this time, I embraced it! When you position yourself against the Sun, the light reflects through the petals, and gorgeous background bokeh is created through this process

I love capturing these beautiful crocus fields as they bloom in the crocus garden. Composing the purple crocuses with orange crocus in the back created this dreamy combination of complementary colors

Some guerilla pickwick crocuses close to the road. Sneaky walkers I suspect but it could be squirrels. I did plant some of these types last fall but they aren't blooming in that location yet.

#Crocuses are still hanging on, and the first buzzy fren of the year has been sighted! 
We can pretend it's a little flickering flame coming out of the ground and not out of focus.
The first yellow crocus has doubled up and the first daffodils are sort of open.
Not the first one to sprout but this one wanted to bloom first or be close.
