Trump issued yet another #ExecutiveOrder Tuesday sanctioning yet another #law firm, Jenner & Block. The result overall has been called an extraordinary #threat to #constitutional rights of #DueProcess & #legal representation & a far weaker effort to challenge Trump’s actions in court than during his first term.

Fraenkel offered a simple, yet powerful, picture of how the #constitutional & #legal foundations of the Weimar Republic eroded, & were replaced by #strongman-style rule in which the commands of the #Nazi Party & its leader became paramount. His perspective was not grounded in abstract political theory; it grew instead from his experience as a Jewish lawyer in Nazi Berlin representing #dissidents & other disfavored clients.

Because to call it a 'Constitutional crisis'
It is first necessary
that a compendium of >binding< Constitutional laws >exist
if the laws are not binding... they are NOT laws
there is NO 'Constitution' or rule of Law.
Trump (by decree of the Scotus) is not tied by laws
much less by a 'Constitution' that has been ignored
many time to bring Trump to power.

So
is it a Constitutional crisis if the Constitution is no more followed ?

SOMETHING NO ONE SEEMS TO BE TALKING ABOUT is the fact #TraitorTrump's first #impeachment was for trying to circumvent funds appropriated by Congress (withhold #Javelin Missiles from #Ukraine in exchange for dirt of #Biden.)

ONLY CONGRESS HAS THE POWER OF THE PURSE.

#DOGE has NO #Constitutional authority to withhold funding. T**** has #Musk doing for him what doing HIMSELF got him impeached the first time.

During Trump's first impeachment, 91% of Democrats believed it was inappropriate for a president to ask foreign leaders to investigate their opponent. But only 34% of Republicans felt that way.
