Our Lady, Star of the Sea & St. Winifride (RC) church, Amlwch, Anglesey. The only other example I've seen is in Lima, Peru.

It is mostly concrete, including the ribs, which have design and material flaws, long leading to a leaking roof, though restored and reopened in 2011. In 2021, it was closed again due to continued structural problems.

Low drone view of the church. The form is often said, even in official circles, to be an 'upturned boat', but this is questionable, as the style is seen elsewhere, though rarely.
Vertical drone view of the concrete ribbed roof. The ribs were too thin at their apexes and roof leaks have plagued the church since the beginning. The structure continued to deteriorate, even after a 2011 restoration and is currently closed.
