Sorry for the repost. I noticed that a tooth was situated almost exactly behind another tooth, causing an odd edge. Once I saw that, I could not unsee it, and needed to change it.
His journey went from Unbound (SDF modeling) to ZBrush (some sculpted details) to Blender (Cycles rendering).
Then, a bit of post-processing in Affinity Photo and PhotoScape X (Pro).
