J’adore les IPA mais cette « anti-IPA » à la sauge reste, à mon avis, une de meilleures bières suisses

@GeePawHill having a #beer, listening to some 80s music, and contemplating firing up #rimworld. After seeing your Oxygen not included play through, I really should get it.
We've had Brasserie de la Senne's Crianza, a Flemish Red Ale with a cheese platter tonight. The color is lovely, the flavor even more so. It was super hard for me to pinpoint the flavor but that was all right because there were Belgian boozyness, yeast esters, fruity Brettanomyces funk, oak tannins and some malty sweetness in the mix and it was just delicious.
Spent the day doing some light coding and admin stuff on BeerAdvocate, researching Linux distros, and browsing PCs.
I believe it's time for a beer.
My first tap wall experience and I get to support local breweries at the same time! I’m starting with this hazy IPA which happily lives up to it’s name.

Hello, hello! We're a couple of hours ahead of the UK so here, very early indeed, is our regular weekly round up of writing about beer and pubs.

Back home after a great time at the staff luncheon. Traffic was rough, but I'm ready to start this weekend with an ice cold #beer.
Radical idea: We throw out the Reinheitsgebot. Instead brewers have to list everything they throw into the beer on their back label. Fining agents included. And then people can decide if they'd rather have unfiltered and unpasteurized NEIPAs made with Reinheitsgebot-incompatible rolled oats or Pilsner made with hop extracts and filtered with plastic granulate.
Much better for smaller breweries and that disgraceful Reinheitsgebot greenwashing of the big brewers finally comes to an end.
