You are going to hear a lot about how it is perfectly "legal" for ICE to come into your home without a warrant to search your home.
This is illegal. It is also unconstitutional.
You have no choice but to defend yourself. Not defending yourself, is not going to save you or the people in your home. It is not going to make things less bad if you comply and set aside. Because this government does not care about the rule of law or your rights, and is talking about sending citizens overseas, and have already done so to the innocent.

Victories in court don't result in wrongly removed people from El Salvador being brought back. Also the Trump administration delays/blocks court rulings where they can. Meanwhile people keep getting picked up and not getting due process before being deported.

While it may not be a major factor in prison over-crowding the use of prison sentences for people who break antisocial behaviour injunctions seems to be not only disportionate, but given that many accused lack any legal representation in their cases, a symptom of a criminal justice system that is wrongly focussed..... and often not delivering justice.
