Little egret nestlings

A large white heron stands in its scraggly nest, surrounded by fresh green leaves of cypress and maple. The heron has a long, sharp, yellow-orange bill and long black legs. It is standing over a clump over fluffy white feathers, which upon closer inspection is several nestlings, with one just barely standing up to reveal its tiny version of that sharp yellow-orange bill
