Janne Pekkala
Why we are only talking to replace line employees with #AI ? After all, those are already the cheapest link in orgs. With good AI driven surveillance and fear of loosing the job, if not reach the AI defined goals, we can squeeze all the juices from them, and they even thanks us, when getting some coins at the end of the month.

On the other hand, we have all those mid-level managers and C-level leaders. Those who just push everything information they get (public, private or top secrets) into the most hyped #LLM at the moment. Just to monitor that employees are working and to define goals to be met. And then they want higher salaries and bonuses, based on that growth generated from outsourced labors.

So, lets just keep the ground employees and replace whole management (mid and top) with AI. I bet, this would increase the incomes more, that you could imagine and no one will notice, that anything had changed at all. This might actually also improve the overall employee experience, as finally management will understand, what workers are actually doing.

#sarcasm
