Normalmente las bandas que comparto aquí son heavy, power, symphonic, folk metal... cosas así. Son los géneros que más me suelen gustar.
Pero llevo varias semanas obsesionada con los Bloodywood, que hacen nu metal. Bueno, tienen un toque folk, porque son de India y meten percusiones y otros instrumentos de allí, pero basicamente los escuchas y suenan a Linkin Park y Lamb of god. No deberían gustarme, pero mira, aquí estamos 
Tienen 2 álbumes, uno fresquísimo que salió en Marzo, pero empezaron como una banda parodia en internet allá por 2017. Para 2019 ya les estaban pidiendo que tocaran en el Wacken y otros festivales, así que imaginad la CALIDAD de lo que estaban haciendo (que eran basicamente covers metaleras de canciones indias). Tienen un par de documentales hechos por ellos mismos sobre sus inicios y otro antes de grabar el 2º disco que me han iluminado bastante, porque siempre investigo a las bandas en metal archives y demás y no les han metido ahí, cosa que me ofende 
Así que aún estoy averiguando cosas sobre ellos, parece que son chavales de los 90, si no me equivoco, y salen de gira por América y Europa, pero nadie los ha traido aún a España, ya les vale 
Acaban de estar de gira por UK y hay un puñado de reportajes / entrevistas que tengo que ojear.
El primer disco salió en 2022 y se llama Rakshak. Para mi tiene menos gancho que el 2º, pero con buenos temas igualmente y mucho comentario social: sobre la depresión, el suicidio, el acoso sexual, el duelo, el bullying...
El 2º, como dije, salió en Marzo, y se nota que ya tienen más tablas (y más presupuesto). Se llama Nu Delhi (titulazo) y es el video que os voy a dejar, pero otros temazos son Bekhauf (con las Babymetal, increíble combo) o Tadka, que me chifla porque va de compartir foodporn y la comida de mamá 
Y creo que ya os he dado bastante la chapa, ojalá os gusten los Bloodywood también
