I'm into my 60th revolution around the nearest star. That means, anyone who thinks I should change needs to give me 3 things:

1. Clarity. What do you want? Not some woffle - be specific.

2. A fucking good reason. If I've not seen a problem, you convince me.

3. Time. I can't throw over what may be two thirds of a lifetime in a few days, or even one attempt.
