@gerrymcgovern I remember using “Mechanical Turk” on #Amazon back in 2012 after I became disabled, I was just trying to find a way to get enough money to buy toothpaste and toilet paper because there were no cash social safety nets in America for Childfree people until the SSA rules us disabled.

Back then I’m not sure if we were training #AI or if we were the AI, I just remember the tasks were things like tagging photos that violate terms and conditions, or writing short essays about cat care or plant care or some topic.

I didn’t do it very long Amazon pretty much immediately decided they didn’t like my bank account link and because I couldn’t link my bank account once I was literally never allowed to do it again.
