I'm fixing my sleep. What I noticed is that quality of sleep is mostly important over duration. It's less than a week now since I bought a fitness tracker and noticed some nasty patterns in deep .

I live near a train station. When they start in the morning (around 5), deep sleep disappears. I thought that's because of the high pitched noise, so I put on ear plugs. I'm happy to announce it worked great!

I'm really glad of this, because I feel life health and concentration levels are fucked up and with 35$ I'm possibly changing my future because:
better sleep --> better memory --> better choices
