@liso you're right :/ I saw headquarter address in Netherlands on their DE website https://frame.work/de/en/contact-us and assumed they were European, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Apologies for misleading.
I think there's a system builder called Star Labs, although they're based in the UK so I'm not sure if they count.
(I wasn't sure if you meant EU as in the European Union or just Europe in general which would include countries like Norway and Switzerland)

**EDIT:** Nevermind, they aren't based in the EU: it's an American company. Leaving the toot here anyway in case anyone else finds it helpful.
