A photo of a the exterior of a building that has a pattern made of overlapping circles of different sizes. Behind the circles are glass windows reflecting a cloudy sky and some of the circles. At the bottom is a grey grille and a golden band in the middle. The view is looking up so higher circles are appear smaller. There are two sets of overlapping circles: the larger circles are black and the smaller circles are white with a diameter one third of the black circles. In each set, each circle overlaps four other circles.
