Mini apple pies and my new favorite pies 🥧
Tender wheat crust and delicious cinnamon apple filling in the middle, it’s like an apple pie decided to be a flaky cookie!

@porsupah unfortunately, the filling:crust is still quite small here. I packed a little more in by pre-cooking the filling on the stove, but it’s not quite up to typical pie ratios.

@ejk Those look wonderful. =:9 I really should make something like those - I love the idea of mini pies, but the likes of Mr Kipling are always so disappointingly filled; a tragedy when tangy apple is such a delightful experience against a buttery crust. ^_^
