@rjf_berger Quickly seen, I am afraid that the growth is too strong. The decomposition is possible if a(n+1) < 3/2 × a(n)

@decompwlj It's actually growing roughly with $\exp (a\sqrt{n}+b)$ so it's almost everywhere subexponential except some smaller n.
