@andrewt @11011110 I agree, AI ignores it pretty much all the time* - I was commenting because @11011110 said they released most things CC-BY so "it didn't affect them that much".

* I wouldn't be surprised if an AI did occasionally add a CC-BY attribution - but probably one that had nothing to do with the output it generated ;)

@Tarim @11011110 yeah, i think i wouldn't be too put out if an ai spat out something that looked like a cc-by thing i'd uploaded elsewhere but it's not the ai company's place to assume i'd be ok with that. i know ai has generated getty images watermarks in the past so adding a fake attribution does sound pretty likely
