Pro tip for all NPCs: if you reply the same thing twice to a player, they will leave you alone.
@deshipu Man, the worst is when it's just a trick.
I know of three instances where this doesn't happen: a blob in Zelda 2 doesn't respond until you talk to it like 6 times. A bat in the same game does that too. And there's a fluffy white guy in Chrono Trigger who says "the view is nice" like four times until he says "leave me alone, take this" and gives you some rare item.
