One of our clients is having trouble logging in, so she printed out the login page, marked the troublesome part with a pen, scanned that back in, and emailed us the scanned page.
You know what, go you for figuring out how to solve a problem with the tools you know. Now it's our turn to figure out why the login credentials we gave you don't work.

@zpojqwfejwfhiunz Just that, it's hard to send email. Servers will block you for the weirdest of reasons seemingly no matter what you do. I see how we can send the exact same email to some address, and it'll be blocked, received, blocked, received; just like that, alternating.
Thrilling conclusion: she never got the welcome email with login credentials because sending email is impossible without looking like a spammer and she thought she had to try things on her own to be able to log in.
