How did I not know about the Condorcet Internet Voting Service before? Set up public or private polls and collate the results with your favorite Condorcet rank aggregation method (at least, if your favorite is one of the five they implement, which it probably is).

@11011110 Their history of dealing with people using their service to abuse other people is not great. When CIVS was being used by a persistent troll to attack Debian developers, the operators of the service were unable and/or unwilling to intervene. In particular they act as a mail relay for bad actors and bypass any kind of sender filtering. They have their reasons for operating the service the way they do, but I think those reasons don't stand up in the current environment.
